Here is my brother and his wife's beautiful new baby girl. We are so glad she is here and healthy! She weighed in at 9 pounds 6 ounces! She was just about 3 weeks old in these pictures. I figured since I posted her mommy's belly shots...I would post her newborn shots that I took...
Such a beautiful new mom!
Fatherhood suits him!
Plum tuckered out!
Look at those bright eyes seeing new things all the time!
So sweet!

Kinda late.....
Is there anyone out there who can tell me how November can possibly be half gone already!?!?!? I cannot believe how this month has disappeared. I have been wanting to post some Halloween pictures for a while and in keeping with the tradition of my blogging style...I figure late is better than never!
The kids had a blast putting together this haunted castle, and then later decided it was much more fun to put together than eat!
We started our Halloween evening with my (Carrie's) parents trunk-or-treating. Then moved to the neighborhood to collect more loot. The kids made a hauling and each came home with at least 3-5 pounds of candy!
I have to laugh at this shot because baby J is not upset to be dressed up and going out....rather I stopped her from hittin' the road to collect candy for a few seconds to take a picture!
My big girl as Captain Elizabeth Swan!
Mr. Noodle was soooo excited to find this costume in the Disney Store and I was happy to purcahse it as it was 75% off!...the Red Power Ranger!
Baby J was proud to be Cinderella, especially when she got a "pretty" compliment!

Gettin' Halloweenie!
Grandma Debbie and Hannah Banana
Self 3 generation family picture!
We took the kids to the Corn Maze/pumpkin patch last week and everyone quite enjoyed themselves! I sure am thankful for family...my mom came with to enjoy some of the fun. I sure love her and am so thankful for the active role she takes in our kids lives. She loves being a grandma, and does much more than is necessary to help us out! Yay for Halloween and pumpkins! We love fall!
Josie in the "corn" box (instead of sand)...
Hannah is growing up so fast!
Isaac found his perfect pumpkin...can you see it in his little hand?
My little pumpkin finders!

Yay for a new Niece!
Today I had the absolute pleasure of being present for the birth of my niece Payton. She is my brother Nick and his wife Kate's first child. Kate was such a trooper and sure had to endure a lot! But she made it through and they have a beautiful baby girl! I am soooo proud of her and excited for this new addition to the family! Congratulations Nick and Kate and Happy Birthday Payton!

Baby Payton's a cookin'!
Some of you know that I enjoy taking pictures and that occasionally I take some for family members. A couple of weeks ago I took some "Bump" shots of my sister-in-law. I am so excited to be gaining a niece, and even more excited that my brother is becoming a dad! He is beyond excited! Anyway...here are some of the shots I got.

Farewell Summer!
Beware...the following post has ALOT of pictures. With another summer gone and school back in session...I thought I would post some pictures of the summertime fun the kids had.
Yes....Isaac is quite the ham!
We got a lot of mileage out of the trampoline...
The sprinkler ball was a big hit!
Josie thought hangin' in just the diaper was great!
Water from the sprinkler ball tasted yummy!!!
Swinging is always a popular pass time!
Isaac improved greatly on his driving skills...
and was a good big brother to let Josie ride along!
Snake grass is cooool!
Both Hannah and Isaac were on their scooters all the time!
Ahhh, boys and dirt...need I say more.
Sidewalk chalk is a favorite of Josie's!
We had fun this summer, and are sad to be at the end of it...but I am so over the hot weather and can't wait for the pretty fall colors and cooler temperatures! On a side note...although I love my children greatly, I must say it was about time that school started! The last few weeks we were all getting on each others nerves and it is nice to have at least some time apart!
